Josue Heredia is a dedicated Texas Realtor® serving the Dallas-Fort Worth area with a background in engineering and project management, I bring a detail-oriented, analytical, and process-driven approach to real estate. I am bilingual in Spanish and English, which allows me to effectively serve a diverse range of clients. My professional experience includes working as a licensed professional inspector and currently training as an Appraiser Trainee, providing me with a well-rounded and practical perspective on property condition, value, and risk. In addition, I have experience providing construction advisory services for investment properties, helping clients better understand renovation potential, costs, and long-term value.
My goal is to combine my technical expertise with a client-first mindset to guide buyers, sellers, and investors through every step of the transaction process. My diverse background allows me to clearly communicate critical aspects of property evaluation while delivering informed, honest, and dependable service tailored to each client’s real estate goals.
